Mobile Workshops
Denholm Valvecare Limited carries a fleet of mobile workshops, which are available for hire from either of their branches.
These containers are certified to BSEN12079 and or DNV 2.7-1 with electrical supply suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 areas. They can be prepared to your own company's specification, for example as a pressure safety valve workshop, a general workshop, or a machine shop.
Alternatively, if you tell us the application, we can advise you what items we consider should be included in the fit out, which can then be discussed prior to installation.
Test Flanges
Denholm Valvecare Limited carries over 150 tons of blind test flanges, hub ends, and bolting. The sealing faces on the flanges include RF, RTJ, and standard O Ring Grooves.
The range is extensive and goes from 3" Class 150 up to and including 36" Class 900.
Most specials can be supplied at short notice.
Test Panels, Test Benches, Test Skids, and Service Tools

Special Tooling
Denholm Valvecare Limited having over 15 years experience in valve repair and refurbishment, can advise, recommend, design and build, or provide specialised service and handling tooling for the repair or replacement of the majority of valves, no matter what their size or how restricted is the access.
We have many kits available off the shelf. Alternatively ask for one of our engineers to provide you with a solution to suit your own particular handling problem.
