Design
Our engineering department is based at the Lincoln site and deals with all aspects of valve and piping design. 3D solid modelling software with an integrated Finite Element Analysis package enables us to offer both simple and complex designs to a wide range of industries.
Designs and product validation can be made to:

  • API 6A, 6D, 17D, 520, 527, 576, and 598
  • ASME and B16.5, 16.9, 16.10, 16.24, 16.25, 16.34, 31.1 and 31.3
  • ANSI FCI 70-2, ATEX 94/9/EC, and PED 97/23/EC

Software

Valve Management Software
The software package is called AGMS - Asset Group Management Software.

Three fully integrated modules for valve users - Valve Management, Inventory Management, and Workshop Management.

Programme is HTML based and therefore accessible from any internet based PC.

Talks to most standard CMMS / EAM systems such as SAP & Maximo.

Software is already pre-written for valves, and is instantly ready for use.

Suitable for several associated sites, inc offshore installations.

Very powerful package, which is ultra simple to use.

View valve details including parts lists, GA, service history , and installation history.

View Tag Position details including process specification, P&ID's, and installation history.

Identify availability of replacement valves from stock.

Check availability and location of spares for specific repair, and raise requisition.

Review details of each spare part in your inventory, including movement history.

Receive warnings of stock shortages.

Generate reports of stock turnover, stock values, stock duplications, activity per period etc.

Raise Work Orders for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Routines.

Receive warnings of valve recertification requirements, and project plan the campaign.
