Denholm Valvecare Limited has three bases in the UK:

• Aberdeen
• Lincoln
• Great Yarmouth

Our Aberdeen branch has a 12,000 sq-ft valve shop and is equipped with a 16-tonne capacity bridge crane with a 25' vertical lift height. Our Lincoln branch which supports our Gt Yarmouth operation has a 20,000 sq-ft valve shop which is serviced by 10 tonne capacity bridge crane with a 30' vertical lift height.

Every valve shop has all the equipment necessary for complete valve disassembly, cleaning, UHP water blasting, shot blasting, bead blasting, critical parts inspection, repair tooling, in-house machining and grinding, lapping, reassembly, testing, tagging and painting/coating of all types of valves.

All of our current three UK workshops, has in stock portable test stands and 8' x 10' containers suit-able for testing all configurations and sizes of pressure relief valves up to "T" orifice, including conventional, bellows and pilot-operated valves.

Denholm Valvecare Ltd has multiple portable test pumps and ANSI test flanges with a capability of controlled hydro testing up to 30,000 psi, and gas testing up to 9000 psi to meet API-598 and API 6D valve test standards.

Both workshops share between them some sophisticated manufacturing equipment.

Denholm Valvecare Limited service personnel are properly trained and competent in repair of all types of valves including - Safety Relief Valves, Isolation valves and Control and Choke valves, and their respective operators. This includes valves up to 52" and beyond.

Work carried out includes standard repairs, reclamation of worn spare parts, complete rebuilds, upgrades, retrims, modifications, and reverse engineering of spare parts (where specifically requested by client).

Any modifications carried out to the original design are covered by the Pressure Equipment Directive.
